building homes nearly 15 years ago with the basic idea that building a home
should be an enjoyable and easy experience for customers. We begin by
listening to our client's needs and ideas, and then integrating those ideas
into architecturally designed plans. When clients work with West Lake

communication, effective construction scheduling, and a rewarding building

Dick Grekoff,
President of West Lake Builders, has 35 years of experience in designing and
building custom homes. Randy Grekoff, Vice President of West Lake
Builders, represents the second generation in a family owned business.
Randy coordinates all of the construction details to make sure each step is
done professionally and within the established time lines. West Lake
Builders employs a talented and experienced staff that our clients enjoy
working directly with during the construction of their home.
Our in-house design
center serves our clients by providing a selection center with hands on
displays for cabinets, countertops, fireplaces, cultured stone, and wood
flooring. Cabinet designers with 25 years of experience meet with
clients to incorporate their needs into the design of the home.
Building an average
of 15 homes a year, West Lake Builders has many clients in the St. Croix
Valley area. We also build on land that is already owned or one of our
licensed agents will assist in finding a home site to fit the needs of any
individual.
