Pre-Designed Homes
Our in-house drafting department allows us to offer many styles of floor
plans and custom design homes for our clients. Pre-designed homes are
pre-priced, and can be built as is or custom modified.
Designer Homes
Clients work with us to create a custom home. A full set of blueprints is created taking into consideration the needs and budget of the each client. Final price is calculated based upon the design and specifications of the house.
